Mr. Accardi is a graduate of Hofstra University and obtained his law degree from Ohio Northern University. He was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity and is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association. After a period of general practice primarily in the fields of trusts & estates, family law and criminal law, he entered into the practice of Workers’ Compensation law wherein he represented both claimants and carriers for six years before joining the firm in the year 2000. In 2004, he became a partner.

Due to his varied experience, he has handled every element of Workers’ Compensation claims from the initial interview of clients through preparation for Appellate Division presentation. Mr. Accardi has and continues to, negotiate numerous resolutions with optimal results.

Mr. Accardi lives in Suffolk County with his wife and two children and is an avid supporter of his children’s sporting events.
