Mr. Barrington is an experienced and determined litigator who has spent his career finding winning positions in seemingly defenseless cases. Mr. Barrington practices primarily in the area of complex, high exposure defense of corporations, businesses, and other entities. His practice includes general liability defense, first-part insurance defense, defense of insurance brokers and agents, premises liability, subrogation, and catastrophic injury.Mr. Barrington also has significant appellate experience and has handled several matters before the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals with great results.
