Mr. Lloyd's entire career has been dedicated to Commercial Collection, Receivable Management, and Retail Collection. He has served as special counsel to a variety of credit trade groups and has also been an active member of a variety of industry trade associations. In particular, he has been an active member of the Commercial Law League of America for over 30 years, and has served several terms on its Board of Governors. He has served on the Board of Directors for the American Board of Certification, and has been certified as a specialist in Creditors’ Rights by the organization since its inception. He has been a member of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys since its inception and currently serves on the organization’s State Government Affairs and Legislation Committee. Mr. Lloyd has also served as President of the Kentucky Creditors’ Rights Bar Association, a private bar association dedicated to the interests of creditors’ rights. Mr. Lloyd has assisted in defending against legislation adverse to the interests of creditors and also assisted in drafting suggested changes to the Kentucky Revised Statutes and the Kentucky Rules of Civil Procedure, supporting creditor interests.
