He has represented clients in state and federal court and arbitration in disputes involving oil and gas, antitrust, entity governance, franchises, breach of contract, real estate, trade secrets, cybersquatting, director and officer liability, ERISA, antitrust, toxic tort, bankruptcy, and fraud.
