Mr. Preston also assists clients in avoiding litigation through proper drafting of contracts/agreements, and counseling on how to deal with precarious situations.

Mr. Preston is a member of the Marijuana and Hemp Law Group at Carnahan Evans where, for the second year in a row in 2022, was voted the Best Cannabis Industry Law Firm statewide by the readers of Greenway Magazine, the leading Missouri cannabis trade magazine for industry licensees and ancillary businesses.
