He has been a lecturer at the California Environmental Trial Academy on the topic of trigger of coverage issues.
Jeff holds a B.A. in Political Science from UCLA, which was obtained in 1981. Subsequently, he pursued a J.D. degree at Santa Clara Law School, completing his legal education in 1986.
