Jeff went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Humphrey’s Law School in 1992, and he specializes in business law, condemnation law, estate planning, probate law, conservatorships, and contract law.

Before joining the Firm, Jeff worked for the University of California, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory administering and negotiating multiple high-level contracts in support of the Department of Energy interests. Jeff was also assigned to draft policies and procedures for UCLLNL to comply with the ever changing requirements of the Department of Energy and the University.

As an attorney, Jeff has handled personal injury, trusts and probate, civil contract, business law, construction defect, and family law cases. Jeff has represented various public entities throughout Central California defending cases through trial and appeals.
