Jeff Schleeter was born in the Twin Cities, but grew up in Fargo, North Dakota. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology with an emphasis in Health and Medical Sciences and a minor in Chemistry from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Jeff obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.

Prior to joining Fields Law, Jeff clerked at a Minneapolis law firm that specializes in personal injury and mass tort.
