Jeff also specializes in relief from sex-offender registration and expungement of qualified sex-crimes, for which Jeff routinely assists other attorneys and has given professional presentations on the subject.

Jeff Turnoy grew up in the Portland area in the Pacific Northwest and has resided in Oregon for more than 25 years. Jeff graduated from Western Oregon University and received his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law. While in law school, Jeff was a member and elected Business Editor of the Willamette Law Review, wrote for Willamette Law Online, and achieved High Paper honors in Comparative Constitutional Law, Law and Education, and Oregon Criminal Procedure and Practice, taught by Paul De Muniz, former Chief Justice of the Oregon Supreme Court. Jeff also achieved publication of a Law Review Article in the Willamette Law Review during his third year in law school, titled Faith Healing Prosecutions in Oregon: The Fine Line Between Parental Constitutional Rights and Governmental Interests.
