Jeffrey A. Block founded what is now known as Block O’Toole & Murphy in 1989 after graduating from Brooklyn Law School. For more than three decades, he has tried and resolved complex personal injury cases involving construction accidents, motor-vehicle collisions (including commercial vehicle accidents), premises liability, and wrongful death matters.

Mr. Block has obtained over one hundred recoveries exceeding $1 million each, including several major verdicts and settlements such as a $53.5 million construction accident jury verdict in a Brooklyn case and a $14 million jury verdict in a major motor vehicle accident case in Long Island.
