Worked in capacity of general counsel for clients, independently managing and resolving legal matters, successfully handling approximately 200 litigation and pre-suit consumer claims for one such client during 2015 and 2016. Developed a nationwide network of trusted “local counsel” to collaborate as necessary. Working closely with corporate management to proactively formulate and evaluate long and short-term strategies consistent with industry trends and client business plans, processes, and strategies.
