He regularly attends association meetings to support clients and their professional property managers and to provide education on Ohio community association law, including topics such as reserves, collections, enforcement, insurance, pending legislation, developer transition issues, elections, governing document amendments, and owner and association responsibilities.
Jeff also focuses on the impact of technology on condominium and homeowner associations. He has played a key role in the development and implementation of ATLAS, the Association Total Legal Assistance System, Kaman & Cusimano’s online resource designed for community association board members and managers. In addition, Jeff frequently contributes articles to the K&C Community Association Law Blog and other online publications addressing issues relevant to Community Association Law in Ohio.
