He received his Juris Doctor degree from the SUNY Buffalo School of Law in 2016. He is admitted to practice in all New York State courts the federal court for the Western District of New York, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Jesse is currently a member of the American Bar Association, the Bar Association of Erie County, the Niagara County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the New York State Defenders Association.
