In the years following, he also began assisting clients throughout New York with business law matters, commercial litigation, employment and labor relations, transactional work, and real estate and construction law. Today, the firm's clients include national collection agencies, Fortune 500 companies, large and small businesses, and executives. As a member of the Commercial Law League of America, the country's leading professional organization of collections, creditors' rights, and bankruptcy professionals, Mr. Stuttman stays abreast of the latest developments in evolving credit and finance laws and regulations.
