Prior to joining London Fischer LLP, John was a Senior Trial Attorney at Nationwide, where he defended commercial policyholders in property damage matters and also led its Trial Division’s subrogation efforts in Pennsylvania. He contributed significantly to yearly subrogation recoveries of over $3 million. Additionally, John previously worked at a large Philadelphia law firm in its Commercial Litigation and Property-Subrogation departments. With the assistance of local counsel, he litigated matters as lead counsel in twenty-five states.

With prior roles both in-house and a large law firm in defense, subrogation, and commercial litigation, John provides perspective on strategies that parties on all sides of litigation undertake and adapts to challenges posed in cases of varying subject areas.
