John Paulson is a litigation attorney with Huffman & Huffman Brothers-in-Law, PLLC, with a concentration on litigating plaintiff’s personal injury cases.
Early Life & Work Experience in Hampton Roads
John is proud to be a lifelong Hampton Roads resident. He was born in Virginia Beach and attended college and law school at local universities. He began his legal career in 2002 at a boutique law firm before moving on to work for a major insurance company for a number of years. This gave him a unique perspective into knowing how insurance companies run, but this was not the path he wanted to continue on.
Wide-Range of Experience at Work for Personal Injury Clients
In 2016, John joined Huffman & Huffman and, since that time, has dedicated his work to helping people who were injured in accidents. His prior experience has provided him with the perfect tools with which to handle complex personal injury cases. His time at the smaller firm taught him that the most important quality of an attorney is communication with his clients.
As a defense attorney, he learned how big insurance companies operate and gained valuable experience in the courtroom. He has utilized these tools to maximize results for his clients, whether that be through settlements or judgments in the courtroom.
Outside the Office
When John isn’t working, he takes advantage of all that Hampton Roads has to offer. In the summer, he enjoys being on the water and spending time with his wife and two young children, who certainly keep him busy.
IN JOHN’S OWN WORDS
“Huffman & Huffman is here to help people who have been injured by the negligence of others. It is that plain and simple. Dealing with large insurance companies that have seemingly endless resources may seem insurmountable to individuals at times.
The greatest joy that I receive from working at Huffman & Huffman is informing and navigating clients through this process to the best possible resolution of their case.”
