The Tipton’s reside in rural Noble County and are members and active parishioners of Avilla’s “Saint Mary of the Assumption” Catholic Church.Attorney Tipton pursued a number of careers and professions upon graduating from Manchester College in 1999. At age 28 he relocated back home from Chicago and promptly began pursuing his legal education and career.
