I have one granddaughter, age 13, and of course, she is the love of my life. She and my son and daughter-in-law live in San Francisco. I visit her a few times every year and of course, we video chat a lot. Naturally, I would rather she lived closer, but with modern technology, we can keep in touch.
In addition to having practiced law for more than 50 years, I LOVE to ride a bike. The practice of law provides a living, but cycling is my passion. I am a cycling coach with Visionquest Coaching Services. Visionquest provides training if one wants to improve as a cyclist, runner, swimmer or tri-athlete. ().
I usually ride 4 days a week, year in and year out. Of course, when the weather is bad, as a resident of the Chicago area, we are relegated to riding indoors. VQ has an indoor facility in Highland Park and Chicago where we can train on computerized trainers as well as listen to music, or watch tv or movies while we ride. I also try to go on one or two bike trips with my buddies each year, usually where there are mountains to climb.
Although I could retire, I enjoy helping my clients deal with their financial problems. No one eagerly files a bankruptcy, but all my clients feel better after having done so, since it is great solution when someone gets buried i debt.
