Joshua Hilbe grew up in Houston, Texas with his mother, father, and two younger brothers. Joshua attended Strake Jesuit College Preparatory, where he graduated with honors. He then went on to study finance as a student at the University of South Carolina Honors College. By the end of his undergraduate education, Joshua was eager to return to his hometown, where he began working in the district office of a local Congressman as a caseworker to help serve those in his community.
Joshua attended the University of Houston Law Center, where he was honored to serve on the Houston Journal of International Law. Joshua was also an active participant in UH’s advocacy program, representing University of Houston at several national mock trial competitions and winning the Hippard Open Mock Trial tournament. Joshua was one of a handful of students to be named to the Order of the Barristers for his outstanding efforts in trial advocacy. More importantly, during his last year of law school Joshua met his future wife Leigh Ann.
Joshua has spent his entire career as a lawyer representing injured persons in a variety of cases, including Wrongful Death Cases, Car Accident Cases, Jones Act/Maritime Cases, 18-Wheeler Trucking Cases and many other areas.
