Biography
Justin Hight, business attorney serving Nashville
Justin Hight is a chief legal officer based in Nashville, TN. The practice focuses on Business, Car Accidents, and Construction. Justin has over 13 years of legal experience. Currently practicing at Rocky McElhaney Law Firm: Car Accident & Injury Lawyers. Rated 5.0 out of 5 from 1 client review. Justin works from Nashville, Tennessee and takes on business matters across the region.
Justin Hight grew up in rural Maury County, Tennessee where he learned small town values, appreciated community and saw neighbors help each other. With this background, Justin knew he wanted to pursue a career where he could help people. He always had a fascination with the law and those that fought to protect and enforce it. That is why in high school at Culleoka Unit School he chose “lawyer” as the job he was interested in.
Justin eventually followed that interest to law school where he excelled, finishing third in his class and graduating with honors. During his first year of law school, Justin joined Rocky’s team as a law clerk. Justin learned firsthand how ruthless and unreasonable insurance companies and the big businesses they stand behind care more about profits than people. From day one at Rocky McElhaney Law Firm, Justin has developed a passion for representing the people against the powerful. He can’t imagine doing anything other than standing up for hard working people who have been knocked down by injury or accident. Now, Justin strives every day to use the law to help people and make the community safer.
In what little free time he has, Justin likes to work out, listen to really good music and follow the stock market (he has a degree in Finance). He has been known to partake in mud volleyball tournaments, canoe and fish any chance he gets, and hike trails throughout Tennessee. He’s a fan of the Braves and Volunteers. Most nights, he can be found reading until his 10 p.m. bed time. He is getting married in New Orleans next year.
