Keith B. Bartsch’s practice focuses on civil litigation, insurance defense, personal injury, and Indian law. A native Oklahoman, Mr. Bartsch graduated with honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2008. He received his B.S. from The Citadel in 1982, and a M.A. in Human Resources Management from Webster University in 1990. While in law school, Mr. Bartsch served on the staff of the Tulsa Law Review and served one year as a judicial law clerk at the District Court of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation in Okmulgee.

Prior to practicing as a civil litigation attorney, Mr. Bartsch completed a twenty-three year career as a Regular U.S. Air Force officer retiring in the grade of lieutenant colonel. While in service, he held a variety of command and staff positions, performed nuclear alert duty in bombers and served in combat in Afghanistan. Mr. Bartsch and his wife are active members of the First Baptist Church of Tulsa. He is the current President of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Bar Association.
