Kevin Fallon McCarthy is the managing attorney of McCarthy Law PLC and an experienced Phoenix debt attorney serving clients throughout Scottsdale, Phoenix, and the greater Arizona area. Mr. McCarthy has been a member of the Arizona Bar since 1986. His practice focuses on Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights, as well as Insolvency and Reorganization Law.
