Desiring to make a difference, Kimberly joined St. Mary’s Center for Legal and Social Justice as a research assistant and student attorney for income qualified individuals. Kimberly gained significant litigation and trial experience while working as a defense attorney. After years of defense work, Kimberly came to realize that she wanted to help give injury victims a voice against powerful insurance companies. She took a job at a personal injury firm representing plaintiffs in personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice lawsuits. Kimberly quickly learned that fighting for the underdogs was her true passion.
