Mr. Johnson received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Arizona State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration, with distinction, from Iowa State University.
Mr. Johnson began his legal career in Nevada in 1991, maintaining a diverse law practice, focusing primarily on commercial, corporate and real estate law. He represents businesses and business people in virtually all aspects of commercial and corporate law, from forming business entities, to preparing contracts and agreements, to structuring business sales and dissolutions.
