Through developing and monitoring compliance prevention, detection, and correction policies, procedures, and activities, Kyle served as a subject matter expert to business owners by keeping an eye on newly passed legislation and regulations and preparing white paper memorandums and summaries.

Kyle received her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law with a Health Law Concentration. While in law school, she served as a legal intern with Health Management Associates, was a Teaching Assistant for Contract Law I and II, and served as a law clerk for a Columbus, Ohio law firm. Kyle received her B.A. in Political Science from University of Dayton where she was a member of the Varsity Softball team and served on the Leadership Council as a liaison between the team and coaching staff.

Honored for being a Top 30 Nominee for the NCAA Senior CLASS Award (acronym for Celebrating Loyalty and Achievement for Staying in School), which focuses on the total package of being a student athlete, Kyle remains active with volleyball and softball, as well as family, friends and reading.
