Kyle Tognan, Esq. joined the Corporate, General Business, and Physician Services practices at Maggs McDermott & DiCicco in 2020 and has been an integral part of our team ever since. Mr. Tognan represents a wide range of clients in a variety of corporate matters including business disputes, debtor/creditor matters, real estate litigation and transactions, and asset-based financing. He is an advocate on behalf of both large and small businesses and has guided corporate clients through numerous litigations and transactions.

Since joining the firm, Mr. Tognan has provided our clients in the corporate and medical fields with zealous representation. Recently, he helped secure multiple payouts from among the largest insurance companies in the nation on behalf of out-of-network medical providers under ERISA plans and insurance policies, successfully defended the enforcement of non-compete and nondisclosure agreements, and secured a dismissal of a lawsuit against a seller of a business accused of fraud.

Mr. Tognan graduated from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2014. While attending law school, he worked with the American Civil Liberties Union of Pennsylvania, where he assisted with the landmark Whitewood v. Wolf case, wherein same-sex marriage was legalized in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In 2019, Mr. Tognan was named one of SJMAG’s top business attorneys of the year. Mr. Tognan is a member of both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania bar.
