Lance C. Ball. Esq. has been practicing law and aggressively protecting client’s rights for more than a decade. Mr. Ball received his Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served on the Executive Board of the esteemed Moot Court Board and as the Student Writing Editor of the Inter-American Law Review. Mr. Ball holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance and Business Law from Central Michigan University. Prior to law school, Mr. Ball enjoyed a successful career in the real estate and mortgage lending sectors.
When Hurricane Charley devastated much of Charlotte County in 2004, Mr. Ball relocated his family to the area in order to help people whose homes and businesses had been damaged or destroyed. He joined the law firm of Wotitzky, Wotitzky, Ross, Goldman, Sturges & Tuttle, P.A., in Punta Gorda, Florida. Continuing his effort to serve the community, Mr. Ball participated in and is a graduate of the Leadership Charlotte class of 2009, which helped raise funds to educate tomorrow’s leaders. In addition, Mr. Ball served on the Board of Directors for the North Port Area Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Ball is also an active member of Edgewater United Methodist Church which supports numerous outreach efforts to needy families in our local community. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, and is formerly licensed as a Florida Mortgage Broker. Finally, Mr. Ball holds a Distinguished BV Peer Review rating by Martindale Hubbell, a testament to his high ethical standards and dedication to quality legal representation.
