Ms. Weinbaum is a former Assistant Attorney General, Criminal Appeals Division. In her capacity as an Assistant Attorney General, she adeptly navigated criminal and juvenile appeals before both the Third District Court of Appeal and the Florida Supreme Court. She also effectively handled federal habeas corpus matters within the United States Southern District Court Southern District of Florida.

After successfully handling appellate matters for the Attorney General's Office, Ms. Weinbaum embarked on a new chapter in her career by transitioning to private practice.
