A former shareholder with a large community association oriented practice, Mrs. Pape opened the firm in April of 2012, to serve her clients in the best manner possible. Prior to focusing on Community Associations law, her practice was devoted to civil litigation in the area of real estate development, land use, debt collection and corporate and contracts law.

Mrs. Pape has lectured locally on behalf of the Community Associations Institute, and through the Prince William County Neighborhood Coalition, and in West Virginia with the Eastern Panhandle Organization of Homeowners Associations.
