Ling earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and shortly thereafter, Ms. Dai pursued her graduate studies in applied linguistics in Beijing, China. She then received her Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law. While in law school, Ling clerked with a full service business law firm; state appellate justice and trial court judges. During her clerkship with the judiciary, Ling gained extensive experience in both trial and appellate advocacy.
