Lupe is a 3rd generation Texan with roots that tie to the King Ranch. He was born and raised in Sugar Land, Texas and lives in the area with his family today. In pursuing his undergraduate degree, Lupe attended Saint Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas and earned a B.B.A. in International Business. After spending a couple years in finance, he felt the need to change careers. He moved back to Houston and attended South Texas College of Law Houston.
