Marc also attended the University of Houston Law Center, where he obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1992 and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1992. In addition to being licensed to practice in Texas State Courts, Marc has also been admitted to practice before the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western United States District Courts, and in the Fifth District United States Court of Appeals.Marc has a successful track record of working in the private sector, representing clients in all areas of civil trial law and gaining experience handling cases for both plaintiffs and defendants.Marc is also a credentialed mediator, providing mediation services in all manners of civil litigation, including personal injury, business contract disputes, and other cases.
