While attending the University Of Georgia School Of Law, Mark Wilby began his trial work under the auspices of the Solicitor General of Clarke County. After graduation, Mark continued his litigation practice as a member of the Fulcher Law Firm. Over the years he has handled a broad range of matters including personal injury, employment, construction, commercial, class action and complex transportation litigation in Georgia and South Carolina. While assisting clients from all walks of life and levels of sophistication, Mark has successfully tried cases with and against some of the best trial attorneys in the Southeastern United States.

In addition to his work in the Civil Litigation arena, Mark has trial experience on behalf of criminal defendants and has a long history of assisting families with adoptions and other family law matters. He derives a great deal of personal and professional satisfaction from helping people establish and build their families as well as providing professional services in times of individual and family crises.

On a personal note, Mark is married and the father of seven children. He is member of the Church of the Most Holy Trinity where he has taught and served as a member of various committees. In addition, for the last thirty seven years he has been a member of the Alleluia Community, a lay ecumenical Christian Community with Canonical Status in the Roman Catholic Church, where he has served and provided leadership. Mark has coached a variety of sports including baseball, soccer and basketball. He is active in a number of professional organizations where he is a frequent speaker.
