Mark Hill, alimony attorney serving Lawrenceville

Mark Hill is a member based in Lawrenceville, GA. The practice focuses on Alimony, Child Custody, and Child Support. Mark has over 34 years of legal experience. Currently practicing at Mark Hill Attorney At Law, LLC. Rated 3.2 out of 5 from 9 client reviews. Mark works from Lawrenceville, Georgia and takes on alimony matters across the region.

I am attorney Mark Hill. At my law firm, Mark Hill Attorney At Law, LLC, I serve the Lawrenceville and Gwinnett County community by providing knowledgeable legal counsel combined with excellent client service.

With nearly 30 years of legal experience, you can trust my firm to assist you when you are charged with a criminal offense or need help resolving any type of domestic relations matter.

About My Background

In 1988, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Later, I obtained my law degree from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta.

In 1992, I opened my own solo law practice where I defended various criminal offenses and handled cases involving domestic relations. During that time, I handled numerous high-profile cases, including the very first date-rape case and first female genital mutilation case in Gwinnett County.

My Practice Today

From minor traffic citations to high-end felonies, I defend cases all throughout South Georgia, including Fulton County, Hamilton and beyond. Known as pro hac vice, I have even handled cases in Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina and other jurisdictions.

I also handle family law matters such as divorce, child custody, child support and more. I have successfully represented numerous fathers in obtaining primary custody of their children and have obtained dismissals for fathers with restraining orders entered against them.

On a personal note, I also hold a fifth-degree black belt in goju-ryu karate and take this “warrior” attitude in the courtroom.

My Approach To Handling My Cases

• One-on-one attention: You will always meet with me personally. Together, we will fully discuss the details of the case and formulate a game plan that offers the best possible outcome for you.

• Prompt communication: Far too many clients have come to me after working with a lawyer who did not communicate with them about their case. When you work with me, you will always be able to reach me, with access to my cellphone number to call or text anytime.

• Flexible scheduling: Excellent customer service is very important to me. If you cannot visit my office during regular business hours, we can make an appointment at a time convenient for you. I also offer jail visits.
