Mark Miller is an experienced litigator who represents clients in federal and state litigations across the United States as a partner at Wallace Miller. He has litigated a wide variety of class action, mass tort, and other complex litigation cases, including product liability, consumer protection, toxic tort, False Claims Act, securities, and other statutory claims. In doing so, Mark has represented consumers and other clients against industry titans such as Johnson & Johnson, CR Bard, Ford, Motorola, Electrolux, Boston Scientific, Allstate, Morgan Stanley, Sears, Clear Channel, Sherwin-Williams, and Merck.

Mark has been repeatedly appointed to leadership positions by courts and is consistently sought after by colleagues to aid and coordinate large Multi-District Litigation (“MDL”) briefing projects and develop winning legal theories. Previously, Mark handled a similar role for the Plaintiffs in the MDL regarding CR Bard’s Composix hernia mesh products. Mark has also developed a successful appellate practice—including coordinating, briefing, and/or arguing appeals in the Fourth and Seventh Circuits. Through his participation in defending verdicts in mass tort multidistrict litigation cases, Mark has secured the path for future litigation.
