I have been a trial attorney for more than 40 years, and I’ve devoted my professional life to finding justice for victims of roadway, premises, and medical negligence. I take great pride in successfully representing victims of birth trauma (newborns) suffering from brain injuries across the country, from Maine to Hawaii, as well as Ohio.

I’ve shared the expertise I’ve developed with other attorneys by lecturing on medical negligence as well as authoring articles on medical malpractice for state and national publications.

I’m honored to have been recognized by my peers in a number of other ways throughout my career. In 2009, I received the Craig Spangenberg Distinguished Advocate Award from the Ohio Association for Justice, an award that is given to just one attorney per year. I am the former President of the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys (CATA), and I am also a former Chair of the Medical Negligence Section of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers (now the Ohio Association of Justice). I was elected a Fellow of the International Society of Barristers and have been regularly selected to be included in Best Lawyers in America®, as well as Ohio Super Lawyers®.
