Attorney Ready is the Vice Chair of the Massachusetts Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section with over 20 years' experience successfully handling hundreds of cases before the Department of Industrial Accidents including prevailing on appeals to the Reviewing Board and Appeals Court. He has also served as one of the architects of regulatory changes to 452 C.M.R. 1.00, the adjudicatory rules of the Department of Industrial Accidents.

Attorney Ready has been selected by his peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America® as a noted practitioner in Workers' Compensation Law every year since 2007. Attorney Ready was selected by Best Lawyers as Boston's Workers' Compensation Lawyer of the Year in 2015.
