Michelle DiPaolo received her J.D. from Hofstra Law in 1998 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in January of 1999. In addition to her J.D., Michelle also holds a Bachelor of Science in English and Education, from New York University.

She previously appeared on three national television programs; 48 Hours: Hard Evidence, American Greed, and Love, Honor & Betray, regarding one of her previous prosecutions.

Michelle is a Managing Partner at the Law Firm of DiPaolo and DiPaolo LLP., where she has focused solely on Matrimonial and Family Court Proceedings. Michelle has handled matrimonial actions from beginning to completion, including cases that have crossed various jurisdictions and Courts. Michelle is currently a member of the Nassau County Bar Association where she is a member of the Matrimonial Law Committee. She is a member of the Criminal Courts Bar Association, as well as a member of the Former District Attorney’s Association where she sits as Second Vice-President on the Executive Board.

In addition, she is a faculty member for the trial seminars at Hofstra University School of Law, where she teaches trial skills in the area of Matrimonial and Criminal Law since 2010.
