Ms. Vo's journey with Wilner & O’Reilly began in 2015 when she started interning at the firm while attending law school. Progressing through the ranks, she later took on roles as a law clerk and case manager. Currently, Ms. Vo plays a pivotal role in the firm’s employment-based practice, bringing to bear skillful knowledge in non-immigrant petitions such as O-1s and P-1s for extraordinary and internationally recognized individuals, H-1Bs, L-1 intra-company transferees, and E-2 treaty investor visas. Her highly adept skills extends to a range of employment-based immigrant petitions and PERM Labor Certification applications. Ms. Vo also brings valuable experience to family-based immigration matters, including adjustment of status, I-751, 601/601A waivers, and VAWA.
