Nathanial D. Kitz is an accomplished and highly versatile attorney with over a decade of experience delivering valuable, compassionate, and client-focused legal representation. Since joining our firm in April 2025, he has quickly become a meaningful addition to our collaborative culture and rapidly expanding legal team. With a strong background in finance, he welcomes every opportunity to leverage those skills to bring clients peace of mind through practical, empathetic advocacy in civil law, family law, probate, guardianship, and estate planning.

Hailing from a small town in Northeastern Wisconsin—roughly 30 minutes south of Green Bay—Nathanial became interested in the law after watching his mother obtain her paralegal degree. He earned his undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee in 2008 and his Juris Doctorate in 2010 from Drake University. He is licensed to practice law in Texas, Louisiana, and Tennessee. Before joining our firm, Nathanial was a regional managing attorney for Rausch Sturm LLP, a nationally recognized account receivables management law firm representing blue chip banks, credit card issuers, auto lenders, credit unions, and debt buyers across the United States.

His wealth of ise includes standout roles at several other law firms and a notable role as assistant attorney general at the Texas Attorney General’s office from 2018 to 2019.

Away from the legal world, Nathanial and his wife were married in 2023 and welcomed their first daughter in early 2025. In his free time, he loves to feed his deep love for travel and long road trips—whether it’s a day trip, a weekend, or a cross-country adventure. He boasts that on one trip, he was standing in the Atlantic Ocean on a Sunday morning and was in the Pacific Ocean by Friday afternoon. During that same trip, he stopped at seven state capitols and four national parks. One of his bucket list items is to visit all 63 national parks due to his love for unique landscapes, nature, and historical places.
