Navin’s practice is focused on representing domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate matters. He regularly negotiates commercial agreements for complex transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions of assets and investments in various funds and private financings, and provides strategic advice in structuring and managing risk in such transactions. For his many diverse clients, which include family offices and corporate and non-profit boards, he serves in the capacity of outside general counsel on a spectrum of issues, including, but not limited to, real estate, governance, tax, trust and estates, employment, privacy, intellectual property and art.

Navin obtained his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his M.B.A from the Wharton School in 2011. He graduated magna cum laude from Williams College. Prior to joining Loeb Block, Navin worked at Latham & Watkins LLP in their corporate department focused on M&A transactions and bankruptcy.

In his spare time, Navin serves as General Counsel to the Wharton Club of New York, a non-profit serving the alumni of the Wharton School in the tri-state area, and he enjoys taking in live music with his friends.
