Nick has represented commercial property owners, developers, trusts and lenders in a wide variety of transactions, including purchases, sales, financings, land assemblies, subdivisions, re-zonings, pre-sale marketing programs, ground leases and university trust matters. These transactions have included residential, commercial, rental, strata and mixed-use development properties. Nick has also acted for clients in all aspects of the development approval stage, including land assembly, subdivision and re-zoning by working directly with surveyors and drafting/negotiating statutory rights of way, easements and covenants required for local government approval.
