Nickolas Spradlin was born on July 24, 1970, in Denver, Colorado. He is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in multiple jurisdictions. Nickolas earned his Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University School of Law in December 2000. In 2001, he became a member of the Florida Bar and has maintained good standing ever since. He expanded his legal practice to Texas, becoming a member of the Texas Bar in 2009 and maintaining active membership. In 2012, Nickolas joined the New York Bar, where he has been a member in good standing since.

Throughout his career, Nickolas has undertaken various internships and positions that have honed his legal expertise. In 1999, he interned at Temple Chambers, the highest-rated law firm in Hong Kong. During his internship, he actively participated in drafting joint venture agreements and breach of contract proceedings. Nickolas also studied Hong Kong and Chinese Law at Hong Kong University, earning a Certificate of Study in the field.

Nickolas served as a Project Manager for Stateside Associates, where he focused on new legislation for Class Action Lawsuits. His meticulous work on this issue led to the publication of his final work product in prestigious publications such as the Civil Justice Report (September 2001) and the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy (January 2002).

As a legal research assistant for the Canadian Parliament, Nickolas contributed to various governmental documents related to Anti-Trust, International Trade, and Interprovincial Commerce. His responsibilities included legal and economic research as well as drafting. During this time, he studied Canadian Law at the University of Ottawa and received a Certificate of Study in the field.
