Currently practicing at Avrek Law Firm. Parthan works from Newport Beach, California and takes on car accidents matters across the region.

I grew up in India and later had the chance to live and travel in several parts of the world, which gave me a broader perspective on people, culture, and what justice can look like in real life. Before I became a lawyer, I spent years playing basketball and coaching youth teams. That time on the court taught me how to lead, stay disciplined, and work as part of a team—skills I now bring to every case. My education includes a B.A. from Whittier College, an LL.B. from Jindal Global Law School in India, an LL.M. in International Law from the Geneva Graduate Institute, and an LL.M. in U.S. and Transnational Law from the University of Dayton School of Law. I studied international human rights and humanitarian law, but I chose personal injury practice because I wanted my work to directly help people put their lives back together. I’m proud of every settlement that gives an injured client stability, access to care, and a sense of control again. Outside the office, I enjoy hiking and attending concerts with my wife, and I try to stay involved locally. After losing close relatives in serious traffic collisions, I understand how lasting the impact can be, and I advocate with empathy and determination.
