Mr. Simonson recently authored a chapter in the 3rd edition of Medical Malpractice In New York dealing with the cross- examination of the defense expert. Paul has lectured throughout the United States on pre-trial and trial practice, and appears regularly on behalf of the New York State Bar Association.
