She has also successfully handled numerous real property actions involving title, easement rights, restrictive covenants, zoning and environmental issues.

Among some her most notable legal achievements, Ms. Wetstein successfully defended the family owners and operators of a long established East Hampton business against claims by a neighboring land owner, which highly publicized case was highlighted in a New York Times article. In addition, Ms. Wetstein was instrumental in the negotiation of a large settlement for a surviving spouse of a deceased partner in a lengthy business dispute involving his equity interest in a marina business and related real estate holdings.

She is a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association and member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, Suffolk County Women’s Bar Association and American Bar Association.
