Perry Boulier grew up in Spartanburg, South Carolina. After graduating from Wofford College in 1984 and the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1987, he began his career as a litigator.
During the course of his career, Perry has tried civil cases of almost every variety in state and federal district courts across South Carolina. For his work in the courtroom, he has been recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.
