He has obtained successful jury verdicts in Federal Court, as well as Philadelphia, Bucks, Lehigh, Northampton, Monroe, Montgomery, Chester, and Luzerne County Courts, including a 1.5 million dollar verdict.

Pete graduated from Villanova University Law School in 1979 (J.D. top 15% of class) and completed his undergraduate work at Allegheny College in 1976 (B.A. cum laude). He was a Deputy District Attorney of Bucks County from 1980 to 1983.

In 2013, Pete’s status with the firm changed to “of counsel” with the firm, handling select litigation matters and serving as an arbitrator and or mediator to the legal community. Pete is also currently serving as the Executive Director of Christian Legal Clinics of Philadelphia, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing legal aid to the poor and disenfranchised of Philadelphia
