After attending college at Fordham University in Bronx, NY, he worked at the Legal Aid Society of New York City for 13 years as a pre-sentencing mitigation specialist and investigator in the Criminal Defense Practice. In 2008, he earned his degree from Brooklyn Law School and was admitted to practice law in both Massachusetts and New York in 2009. He began practicing in the areas of consumer protection, civil rights, and bankruptcy in New York City, but returned to Western Mass in 2014, establishing a solo practice in Northampton where he represented individuals, small businesses, and creative entrepreneurs in obtaining justice and financial stability through litigation, negotiation, and effective counsel.

Peter has been a guest lecturer at Brooklyn Law School and Springfield College and has presented continuing legal education seminars on consumer protection and finance company liability for auto dealership fraud.
