Reynolds Tobacco Company on behalf of his client who was exposed to asbestos as an auto mechanic and was also a long-time menthol cigarette smoker. This was the first case tried to verdict involving both tobacco and asbestos defendants.
Mr. Ellis is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York. Bobby is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, the Middlesex County Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the New Jersey Association for Justice.
